Employment law

We advise national and international companies, institutions, executives and employees in all aspects of employment and service contract law.

We draft, negotiate, formulate and verify employment and service contracts.

We give advice and support to companies, but also to employees when their employment/service contracts come to an end. We represent the interests of our mandates both in consensual and in litigious disputes. We boast particular expertise in the field of commercial criminal law when it comes to representing companies that have become victims to criminal behaviour by their employees, but also by their management who are under suspicion of acting illegally and are therefore subject to follow-up measures under employment law.

In addition, we provide protective advice in the context of compliance research. We monitor companies in terms of risks that are related to employment law and recommend strategies to prevent dangers.
